Compassionate support for families with babies and young children
Tiny Steps Together represents trusted, personalised support for families in the early years — offered with warmth and professional expertise.
About me
I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Roxane — a mother of two, a wife, and someone who knows that family life is, above all, colourful, lively, and full of closeness.
And yes, there are moments that can feel challenging, too.
Tiny Steps Together grew out of exactly those moments.
From the times when you pause for a moment and ask yourself, “Is this normal?” or
“Is it okay to feel this way?”
From the wish to have someone by your side who listens, helps make sense of things, and gives you confidence. I know how comforting it is when someone tells you:
“You can trust your feelings.”
Certified BFB Attachment-Oriented Family Support Specialis®
I am a certified BFB® attachment-oriented family support specialist, with a focus on breastfeeding, sleep, and complementary feeding.
I help you better understand your child’s signals, make sense of what’s happening, and find solutions that truly fit your family. My work is not centred around a specific method, but around your relationship with your child.
In my support, you have space for your questions, worries, and thoughts. Together, we explore what is currently on your mind, what you need, and which next tiny steps can bring relief. I support you in:
- gaining confidence in caring for and responding to your child
- strengthening trust in your own intuition
- making informed and self-determined decisions
- finding your own path in everyday family life
My approach
I meet families with respect, openness, and trust.
Trust in your intuition. Trust in your child. And trust that you are allowed to find your own path.
As a BFB®, I work in an attachment- and needs-based way. This means:
I see your child as an individual with unique needs. At the same time, I hold you as parents in mind — with your limits, feelings, and resources.
I don’t believe in “right” or “wrong.”
I believe in individual paths, in development through tiny steps, and in the understanding that every family has its own rhythm.
Professional knowledge is an important foundation for me. That’s why I work evidence-based and continue to develop my expertise. I am currently training to become an FSL® Specialist in Breastfeeding and Lactation, and afterwards an IBCLC. At the same time, it is important to me that knowledge is not imposed, but empowering. Information should offer orientation, not create uncertainty.
In my support, the goal is not to meet expectations or follow methods. It is about understanding connections, gaining confidence, and making decisions that feel right for you.
Connection grows where needs are seen, where there is space for feelings, and where trust is allowed to develop — between parents and child, but also between me and the families I support.
I am not here to tell you what to do.
I am here to listen, to help make sense of things, to strengthen you, and to accompany you on your path.
